2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Your complaint must include:

3. Trademark Infringement

• • URL/location of the infringing content.

• • Your full contact details.

• • A statement of good faith belief regarding unauthorized use.

• • Declaration under penalty of perjury, signed.

4. What Happens After You Report

• • We will review all valid claims and may remove or disable suspected infringing content.

• • We notify the content uploader and allow them to respond (e.g., with a counter-notice).

• • If you file a counter-notice, we may reinstate the content if legally appropriate.

• • Repeat offenders may face account suspension or restrictions.

5. Counter-Notice Process

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

• • Your contact info and signature.

• • A description of the removed content and its original location.

• • A statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good-faith belief in lawful use.

• • Consent to jurisdiction of relevant courts.

We will review and, if appropriate, restore your content following legal guidelines.

6. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate IP rules may be banned or their access restricted at our discretion.
