1. Overview
This “Intellectual Property Policy” outlines how Eartho-Bi Services Ltd handles copyright or trademark infringement claims. It also explains what to do if you believe content on our site infringes your IP rights. It does not apply to broader Terms of Service or Privacy Policy those are separate documents.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work is used without permission on eartho-bi.com:
Your complaint must include:
- A description of the work you claim to own and its registration status (if applicable).
- Proof of your ownership (e.g., registration number or certificate).
- Identification (URL or location) of the infringing content.
- Your full name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement asserting good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that your statements are accurate.
- Your electronic or handwritten signature.

3. Trademark Infringement
For trademark issues, include:
- Identification of the trademark and its registered region.
- Trademark registration certificate or proof of common law rights.
- Detailed description of how the trademark is being misused.
- URL/location of the infringing content.
- Your full contact details.
- A statement of good faith belief regarding unauthorized use.
- Declaration under penalty of perjury, signed.
Submit the notice to the same agent above.
4. What Happens After You Report
- We will review all valid claims and may remove or disable suspected infringing content.
- We notify the content uploader and allow them to respond (e.g., with a counter-notice).
- If you file a counter-notice, we may reinstate the content if legally appropriate.
- Repeat offenders may face account suspension or restrictions.
5. Counter-Notice Process
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your contact info and signature.
- A description of the removed content and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good-faith belief in lawful use.
- Consent to jurisdiction of relevant courts.
We will review and, if appropriate, restore your content following legal guidelines.
6. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate IP rules may be banned or their access restricted at our discretion.
